New Zealand's wine regions are very different geologically and climatically the terroirs offer distinct growing conditions that suit some varieties better than others. Each wine has been selected to showcase the variety, and to be expressive of its origin.

The Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling are from Marlborough and Waipara, South island New Zealand. These regions are renowned throughout the world for distinctive Sauvignon Blanc style & cool climate white wine aromatics.

The Chardonnay is from Gisborne internationally renowned for fine Chardonnay and the engine room of NZ Chardonnay production

The Pinot Noir is sourced from the Hawkes Bay legendary for hot and dry summers producing above average brix levels. Paua Cove sourced grapes from inland, elevated vineyard sites which still retain the cool nights – essential to Pinot Noir fruit character development.
